The first step is to purchase your Archive Vault Search Deposit. As you complete your order, please take a minute to read through the Terms & Conditions and check the required boxes along the way. It isn't anything complicated—it just helps make sure we're all on the same page before I begin.

Once your order is received, I'll begin the search and recovery process, carefully locating your archived images. Files are also reviewed and assessed for potential issues such as corruption, age degradation, damage, compatibility, and overall recoverability. After everything has been retrieved and evaluated, I'll create a private online gallery where you can view your recovered photos, and purchase your downloadable files (less the deposit, which will appear as a credit on your account)

Your Search Deposit and Archival Terms & Conditions:

Labor Fee: The $25 deposit covers the physical labor and hardware setup required to search our 20-year historical vault. It is non-refundable regardless of file recovery outcomes.
Purchase Credit: If your files are successfully recovered, 100% of this deposit ($25) will be applied as a credit toward your final gallery balance.
Format: All recovered images are delivered exclusively as fully edited, high-resolution JPEG files. RAW unedited files will not be released.
Data Integrity: Historical files are sold strictly "as-is." While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee, warranty, or representation that your original photographs are still available, intact, or recoverable.

Digital storage media, file systems, and hardware components are inherently subject to degradation, bit rot, mechanical malfunction, and unexpected failure over time. Due to the historical nature of these archives—with some data dating back up to twenty (20) years—[Your Business Name] offers absolutely no guarantee, warranty, or representation that your original photographs are still available, intact, or recoverable.
By submitting your request and processing your $25 assessment deposit, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assessment Fee Purpose: The $25 deposit strictly covers the time, labor, and specialized resources required to locate, retrieve, and physically audit your archival files for corruption.
The Limit of Our Liability: If your files are found to be permanently corrupted, unreadable, or missing due to historical system failures, your $25 deposit will be fully refunded. This refund constitutes the absolute limit of our financial and legal liability.
No Further Recourse: You agree that [Your Business Name], its owner, and its affiliates cannot and will not be held liable for any emotional distress, financial loss, or damages resulting from the permanent loss or corruption of your historical photographs. All archival retrievals are conducted on a strictly "best-effort" basis.
